Iraq's defence ministry announced that its China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) CH-4B “Rainbow” unmanned air vehicles are conducting missions against the Islamic State terrorists in the Anbar region. The UAV are operating from Kut airbase. The medium altitude long range CH-4 closely resembles the General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Predator UAV.
