Terrorist Attacks in Paris

On 13 Nov, a series of coordinated terrorist attacks at various locations in Paris have resulted in heavy civilian casualties.  Any attack on civilians is strongly condemned.  We extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims on their tragic loss.
